Bubba Construction is always looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our growing team. We offer two position types, General Construction Laborer and Skilled Construction Laborer. Both positions involve assisting with a variety of construction tasks, supporting skilled tradespeople, and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
General Construction Laborer: $18-$24/hr
Experience in construction is not required; on-the-job training is available for candidates with the right drive and attitude. Potential for advancement is available within Bubba Construction. Required: Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and/or foreman. Transportation to and from job sites. Strong work ethic and reliability.
Skilled Construction Laborer: $25-$35/hr
Candidate must have experience in the construction field. Potential for advancement is available within Bubba Construction. Required: Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and/or foreman. Transportation to and from job sites. Strong work ethic and reliability.
